Alternatively, we can reveal to you the world of Chianti Classico and other fine labels from the region, such as Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano, or from Italy, such as Amarone, Barolo and Barbaresco. Remember: enjoy the wine!

The day will end with an evocative tour of the Badia di Passignano, also known as the Abbey of St. Michael the Archangel in Passignano, a historic Benedictine abbey situated atop a scenic hill, surrounded by cypress trees.
The refectory houses marvelous frescoes by Domenico Ghirlandaio and his brother Davide, a glimpse of Italy's fascinating artistic beauty.

Wine Tasting: Inside our cellar dating back to the end of the 1400s just in front of the Abbey, you will taste 4 Super Tuscan wines from the most representative wine areas of our territory: Chianti, Montalcino and Bolgheri. We will introduce you to the tasting techniques, the different production areas and the reason why our wines have a relevant importance in the world of enology. We will explain the whole wine process from the soil to production, from destemming to fermentation, from vinification in steel and barrels to bottling. You also have the possibility to buy and ship all our varieties of wines from all over the world.

Lunch with your prepared dishes: Your lunch is ready to be tasted in our cellar dating back to the end of the 1400s or at the Ristoro L’Antica Scuderia, the splendid restaurant located in front of the Abbey overlooking the vineyards

Tour of the Badia di Passignano, also called the Abbey of San Michele Arcangelo a Passignano that is a historic Benedictine abbey located atop a scenic hilltop, surrounded by cypresses. The abbey became one of the major sites of theVallombrosan order and itself a wealthy landowner by the mid-14th century. The refectory houses frescoes by Domenico Ghirlandaio and his brother Davide. The frescoes have been much restored over the last century.
