Alternatively, we can reveal to you the world of Chianti Classico and other fine labels from the region, such as Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano, or from Italy, such as Amarone, Barolo and Barbaresco. Remember: enjoy the wine!

The day will end with an evocative tour of the Badia di Passignano, also known as the Abbey of St. Michael the Archangel in Passignano, a historic Benedictine abbey situated a top a scenic hill, surrounded by cypress trees.

    Truffle walk in the local forest with Jacopo, a full licensed truffle hunter, who will share with you his knowledge and experience in a funny but informative program on the world of the Tuscan truffles.

    Truffle didactic conversation at the La Bottega della Scuderia. Program conversation content Origin of the truffles in Tuscany. Classification and presentation of each different varieties. The different seasons of the truffles + truffles and trees a special symbiosis The real life of a truffle hunter. The relationship between the truffle hunter and his dog. Dog training techniques. Truffle cleaning and maintaining technique. During the conversation Wine tasting: Inside our cellar dating back to the end of the 1400s just in front of the Abbey, you will taste 4 Super Tuscan wines from the most representative wine areas of our territory: Chianti, Montalcino and Bolgheri. We will introduce you to the tasting techniques, the different production areas and the reason why our wines have a relevant importance in the world of enology. We will explain the whole wine process from the soil to production, from destemming to fermentation, from vinification in steel and barrels to bottling. You also have the possibility to buy and ship all our varieties of wines from all over the world.
