The different seasons of the truffles + truffles and trees a special symbiosis The real life of a truffle hunter. The relationship between the truffle hunter and his dog. Dog training techniques. Truffle cleaning and maintaining technique. During the conversation Wine tasting: Inside our cellar dating back to the end of the 1400s just in front of the Abbey, you will taste 4 Super Tuscan wines from the most representative wine areas of our territory: Chianti, Montalcino and Bolgheri. We will introduce you to the tasting techniques, the different production areas and the reason why our wines have a relevant importance in the world of enology. We will explain the whole wine process from the soil to production, from destemming to fermentation, from vinification in steel and barrels to bottling. You also have the possibility to buy and ship all our varieties of wines from all over the world.
